Use [email protected] for WashDeal purchase, access and refund questions. This is the established moneyyoureowed contact, shared with The Owner’s Desk. No response-time promise is made.

For a problem, include your browser and a synthetic reproduction. For a purchase, include your checkout email and receipt reference. Never email sensitive bills, banking records, card details or identifying deal records.

CaseThread PI support

The same shared support address covers CaseThread PI purchase, access and refund questions. Purchases are not available yet. Never email client or subject details, case notes, original materials, licence scans or full-case backups. Describe faults with fictional data only, plus browser details. For purchase questions use only checkout email and receipt reference.

Use the fixed fictional demo before buying. In the buyer workspace, deliberately export a full-case JSON backup before closing; work is memory-only. Review the preview and unresolved times before printing. Clearing the tab cannot remove prior downloads or printouts. Use managed encrypted storage and access controls. The unlisted buyer URL is not an access-control system.

Buyer worksheet

Save your buyer link. Use Export JSON before closing, and Import WashDeal JSON to resume. Blank inputs remain unknown. Align dates, use dedicated measured volume, and document each assumption. The offline download opens a blank worksheet and does not include your data.
