1. Open the buyer editor after checkout. Download the standalone HTML and keep your receipt and buyer link.
2. Choose a planning slot, then a layout. Each slot is independent. Replace the fictional business name, booking route and prompts with accurate details.
3. Edit the headline, body and invitation. The customer-quote layout has blank fields: add only genuine words and permitted attribution.
4. Upload your own permitted PNG or JPEG, up to 5 MB and 24 megapixels. Photos are resized to a maximum of 1,200 pixels. The before/after layout takes two images; the spotlight takes one. Cropping fills the frame.
5. Choose and edit a caption. Replace bracketed prompts. Update starter changes that library entry but leaves existing posts unchanged.
6. Inspect the exact preview, download the 1080 × 1080 PNG and copy the caption. If clipboard access fails, use your device’s copy command on the selected text.
7. Set a date and Draft, Ready or Posted status. These are manual records: the app never posts or schedules anything.
8. Download a JSON backup. It holds all posts, caption edits, dates, statuses and photos, up to 20 MB. Restore replaces this tab after validation. Reduce photo use if a backup exceeds the limit.

Device saving and recovery

Saving starts off. Enabling it stores the project unencrypted in this browser. Keep JSON backups because browser settings or clearing can remove storage. When another tab changes the saved copy, this tab becomes memory-only. Back up your work, then use Load saved copy to deliberately replace it. A conflicting tab cannot silently overwrite the newer saved project.

Clear requires confirmation and resets fields, file controls, photos, captions and saving. It removes this app’s device copy only if another tab has not changed it. Downloads and other open tabs remain. New edits cancel pending imports and photo loads; the latest action wins.

Working offline

Open the downloaded HTML file in a current browser with JavaScript enabled. It contains the editor and font. No network is needed to edit, export or restore. External support and policy links need a connection. Keep the HTML and JSON backups separately: editing does not rewrite the HTML file.

One-business licence

Your $19 USD one-time purchase permits you to edit and use exported posts for one business you own or work for. You may reuse them for that business. You may not sell, redistribute or share the kit, source files or buyer access. You retain rights to your own uploaded material and must have permission for customer photos, quotes and attribution. The included font has its own linked licence.

Privacy and limitations

Inputs and images stay in the editor’s active browser. Device saving is optional, local and unencrypted. Do not enter sensitive customer information. The unlisted buyer route is not authenticated access or a secure vault. Stripe handles purchase details separately. Public pages retain the site’s cookieless visit counter; private editor routes and the offline file do not send tracking requests.
