CaseThread PI scope
CaseThread PI is a $47 USD one-time manual report organizer with chronology, reference labels, entered distance/rate and expenses, full-case JSON backups, print/PDF and a standalone offline HTML copy. Purchases are not available yet. No subscription, account, automatic backups or data service is included. A modern JavaScript-enabled browser is required.
For licensed professionals with lawful authority using already-lawfully-held records. Licence status alone does not establish lawful processing. Preserve originals separately and manually verify every output. No attachments, surveillance acquisition, location lookup, AI, EXIF import, source authentication or legal conclusions. No employment/tenant eligibility screening or consumer background-report delivery. Reference IDs do not establish chain of custody or completeness.
One case, currency and distance unit per workspace. Entered rates are your responsibility; no tax rate is assumed. Exported records are editable. All rows are included, with no selective redaction. Unsaved work can be lost on reload, closing or a crash. Protect exported files; the app does not encrypt them. For your own professional work; generated reports may be shared under your professional duties. Do not resell or publicly redistribute the application. The buyer link is unlisted, not authenticated access control.
WashDeal delivery and permitted use
After a completed Stripe payment, checkout redirects to a buyer link. Bookmark it and download the offline copy. The link is unlisted, not authenticated access control: anyone you share it with can open it. Use the tool for your own work and share generated reports with your advisers. Do not resell or publicly redistribute the application. If you lose the link, contact shared support with your purchase email and receipt reference.
Limits
The tool calculates conditional receipts from manual inputs. It cannot establish actual income, profit, source authenticity, fraud, equipment settings, value or purchase suitability. It is not accounting, legal, investment, valuation or lending advice. Use independent source records and qualified advisers. Enter only data you are entitled to use; preserve warnings and assumptions in shared reports.
Refunds and statutory rights
Full refund requested within 30 days of purchase; no requirement to prove a financial result. Request through [email protected] with the checkout email and receipt reference. No need to send deal documents. Nothing here removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
GuardianBooks scope
GuardianBooks is a $19 USD one-time cash-account worksheet and manual receipt-reference index. It includes an editable synthetic example, strict CSV preview/import, integer-cent comparison, visible review flags, stable manual references, print and review CSV, version 1 JSON backup/restore and an offline HTML copy. Payment is handled by Stripe for the shared merchant moneyyoureowed. One USD account and one period only; at most 2,000 rows, 500 references and 2 MB per import or JSON backup. A modern JavaScript-enabled browser is required.
Working organizer, not a court accounting. No court schedules, filing, deadlines, full-assets accounting, outstanding-check reconciliation, document attachments, receipt printing or legal/tax advice. A match only means entered amounts match arithmetically. You remain responsible for original records and applicable official requirements. No subscription, account, automatic backup or cloud vault. CutTime Quote is a $19 USD one-time browser-local machine-shop quote worksheet with an offline HTML copy. It compares three quantities under one cost basis and exports private assumptions separately from customer prices. USD only; modern JavaScript-enabled browser required. No account or authenticated vault. No CAD analysis, cycle prediction, ERP integration, yield, delivery or profit guarantee. You supply and verify every input and contract term.
