Deal inputs stay in the browser

The buyer worksheet processes manual entries and imported JSON in your browser tab. It has no upload endpoint, analytics, advertising scripts, cookies, account system or automatic storage. The public demo uses only fixed fictional inputs and cannot import your files.

Closing or refreshing loses unsaved work. Exported JSON and reports contain your inputs; protect them. Browser extensions, device security and cloud backups are outside this tool’s control. Do not enter seller identities, bank account numbers or original documents.

CaseThread PI case records

CaseThread PI processes manually entered records and imported version 1 JSON in the active browser tab. It does not upload case data, use analytics or automatically save to browser storage. Its public demo uses fixed fictional records only. Closing, reloading or a crash can lose unsaved work. Export a full-case backup deliberately.

Exported JSON, reports and printouts can contain sensitive information. The app does not encrypt them. Use managed encrypted storage and access controls; avoid shared devices and cloud-synced or public Downloads. Aliases may still identify people. Browser recovery, extensions, device security, OS swap and earlier backups are outside the app's control. Clear removes the active case and preview, not earlier exports.

Hosting and payments

Cloudflare Pages serves this site and receives connection data such as your IP address, requested URL and browser information for delivery and security. Stripe processes payments separately and receives checkout contact and payment information. We do not receive your full card details. No deal inputs are sent to either service by the calculator.

Support and purchase records

Emailing shared support sends the information you include to the mailbox provider and operator. Provide only your purchase email, receipt reference and a synthetic description of a fault. Purchase and support records may be retained to fulfil orders, process refunds and meet legal obligations. Ask shared support about access, correction or deletion; required transaction records may need to be retained.

GuardianBooks worksheet data

GuardianBooks processes entered balances, CSV activity, manual references and JSON backups in the active browser tab. Its product pages and buyer worksheet have no analytics or transaction telemetry. No bank login, document upload, AI processing or automatic browser storage. The public tour uses fixed synthetic records only.

Files are unencrypted; protect cost and customer information. Clear removes active inputs and pending imports, not previous files, open reports, device backups or browser recovery data. The public example is fixed synthetic data. Stripe processes checkout data separately.
