30-day full refund policy

This policy covers WashDeal and CaseThread PI. CaseThread PI purchases are not available yet. Once purchased, request its refund using the subject “CaseThread PI refund”, your checkout email and receipt reference. Never send case materials, subjects, clients or source files. The same full-refund timing and original-payment-method terms below apply, without any financial-outcome proof requirement.

Full refund requested within 30 days of purchase; no requirement to prove a financial result.

Email [email protected] within 30 days of purchase. Include “WashDeal refund”, your checkout email and receipt reference so the payment can be located. Do not send card details, bills, bank records or identifying deal documents. An explanation of a financial result is not required.

Refunds are returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Bank processing times can vary. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Shared merchant branding: moneyyoureowed. The Owner’s Desk is the product hub, and Dan is a fictional presenter, not the legal seller or a qualified adviser. Questions: [email protected].

GuardianBooks refunds

GuardianBooks is offered at $19 USD once. Payment is handled by Stripe for the shared merchant moneyyoureowed. Once purchased, request a full refund within 30 days of purchase by emailing [email protected] with subject “GuardianBooks refund”, your checkout email and receipt reference. No result-based conditions or proof of financial results. Covers the software price only, not court fees or professional costs. Refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing times vary. Mandatory consumer rights are unchanged.

Never send bank statements, protected-person names, account numbers or card details.

CutTime Quote refunds

Request a full refund of the $19 USD software price within 30 days of purchase at [email protected]. Include subject “CutTime Quote refund”, your checkout email and receipt reference. No proof of financial results required. Refunds return to the original payment method; processing times vary. Mandatory consumer rights are unchanged. Never send card details or confidential customer records.
